Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025 (DIFF 2025)

The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025 (DIFF 2025) is one of Vietnam’s largest cultural and tourism events, expected to take place from early June to mid-July along the picturesque Han River. With the theme “Colors of Peace”, DIFF 2025 will gather top fireworks teams from around the world, offering spectacular performances combining music, lights, and artistic installations.

In addition to the fireworks nights, the festival will feature many exciting side activities, such as street parades, artistic performances, international cuisine, and creative photo zones. The festival not only promotes Da Nang – one of Vietnam’s most livable cities – but also boosts tourism, cultural exchange, and spreads the message of peace and unity among nations.

The opening night of DIFF 2025 is scheduled for May 31, featuring a match between Vietnam 1 and Finland with the theme “Cultural Essence”. This is also the first year that two teams from Vietnam will participate in the festival.

The following fireworks nights will be held every Saturday of the subsequent weeks (with a break one week before the grand finale), with themes and participating teams as follows:

  • Night 2 (June 7): “Creative Art” – Vietnam 2 vs. Poland

  • Night 3 (June 14): “Connecting Journeys” – Canada vs. China

  • Night 4 (June 21): “Sustainable Development” – Portugal vs. United Kingdom

  • Night 5 (June 28): “Guided by Technology” – South Korea vs. Italy

  • Grand Finale (July 12): “New Era”

DIFF 2025 will take place at the Han River Port area (firing zone) and Tran Hung Dao Street (artistic performances). Each night, teams will have 20 minutes to perform fireworks displays according to their assigned themes.

NHA TRANG SEA FESTIVAL 2025

🌊 NHA TRANG SEA FESTIVAL 2025 OVERVIEW 🌊

1. General Information

The event will take place in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, under the theme: “Cultural Heritage Space of Khanh Hoa Sea and Islands”.

The main festival is scheduled from June 7–9, 2025, while extended activities will run from late May through the end of June.

This is the 11th edition of the festival, held biennially.

Objectives: Celebrate the maritime and island heritage of Khanh Hoa, promote tourism, culture, and sports, and strengthen connections among locals, visitors, and the community.


2. Highlights

a) Opening Ceremony & Grand Music Show

  • Venue: 2/4 Square, Nha Trang City

  • Date: Evening of June 7, 2025

  • Theme: “Pearl of the East Sea”

  • Program consists of three segments:

    1. “Khanh Hoa – Flourishing Heritage”

    2. “The Sea – Traces of Time”

    3. “The Sea in the Arms of Friends”

  • Concludes with a high-altitude fireworks display over the sea.

b) Carnaval & Street Festival

  • Carnaval named “Sea Streets in Festival” takes place in the evening of June 9.

  • Features approximately 1,200 performers and 15 parade floats representing different localities.

  • Parade route: Tran Phu Street – Coastal Park, creating a lively festival atmosphere in the heart of the city.

c) Cultural, Sports & Artistic Activities

  • Nearly 40 activities (some sources mention 40–50), including:

    • Swallow’s Nest Festival, Agarwood Festival, Ao Dai Festival

    • National Fine Art Stone Carving Camp

    • Sea sports competitions: beach volleyball, international SUP (stand-up paddleboarding), Sky-Sea-Sun & Run marathon

  • Extended to coastal districts and towns of Khanh Hoa with traditional “Cau Ngu” festivals, cultural and maritime performances.

HUONG PAGODA FESTIVAL 2025

The Huong Pagoda Festival is one of the largest and longest-running festivals in Vietnam at the beginning of each year. It is held at the Huong Son Scenic Complex (Huong Son Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi), with the Huong Tich Cave at the heart of the complex.


1. Festival Time and Location

  • Opening Ceremony: February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of the first lunar month) in My Duc District, Hanoi.

  • Duration: 3 months, from February 3 to May 1, 2025 (ending on the 4th day of the 4th lunar month, according to this year’s schedule).


2. Cultural and Spiritual Significance

The Huong Pagoda Festival is not only a tourism event but also holds deep religious and cultural values:
