Foreign passports incur an additional 50 USD. Taiwan passports or residents of Taiwan are not accepted.
If a guest absconds after entering Taiwan, all costs will not be refunded, and expenses incurred during the stay, including flights, will be the responsibility of the guest.
If the number of children under 12 exceeds 1/3 of total guests, an additional fee of 10 USD per shopping stop per child under 12 applies.

Guests must carefully read the itinerary, price, inclusions/exclusions, and tour cancellation policies before registering.
The company is not responsible for missed attractions due to:
Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes
Security incidents: terrorism, protests
Airline issues: technical faults, security, flight delays/cancellations/postponements
In these cases, the company will consider refunding non-visited attractions when possible.
Visa denial: Non-refundable fee of 5,000,000 VND/person (includes translation, sponsorship letter, visa fee, flight deposit). The company is not liable for any additional costs.
Flight schedules may change based on airline arrangements.
Guests with significant facial cosmetic surgery must notify in advance. Entry denied due to passport-photo mismatch is not the company’s responsibility.
Guests with unpaid taxes are not accepted. Failure to declare tax debt relieves the company of responsibility.
Daily bus and guide working hours: 11 hours/day. Extra hours: 500 TWD/hour, including overtime for bus, driver, and tour guide. Each hour counts as 1 hour.

15:50 The tour guide welcomes the group at Da Nang International Airport, assisting with check-in for the flight JX 704 Da Nang – Taoyuan: 18:30 – 22:10. Dinner is served on the plane.
Upon arrival at Taoyuan Airport, complete immigration procedures, then transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.
