Children’s Pricing Policy

  • Under 2 years old: 30% of the tour price (sharing bed with an adult).

  • Note: In cases where 2 children are traveling with 2 adults, please pay 1 child at the adult rate to receive an additional bed.

  • Entrance tickets for all attractions listed in the itinerary (one-time entry).

  • Special benefit: International travel insurance with a maximum compensation of USD 10,000 per case (not applicable for travelers aged 70 and above).

  • Meals as per itinerary: 8 main Korean-style meals + 3 buffet breakfasts at hotels + 1 special beef rib soup breakfast.

TOUR EXCLUSIONS

    • Passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour’s end date.

    • Excess baggage fees and other personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Vietnam re-entry visa for overseas Vietnamese or foreign passport holders.

    • Korean entry visa for foreign nationals (non-Vietnamese passport holders).

    • Personal expenses such as drinks, phone calls, laundry, and other services at hotels.

    • Single room supplement: USD 200 per guest.

    • Tipping fees for local tour guides and drivers (minimum USD 35 per guest, per trip – according to international travel regulations).

    • VAT (Value Added Tax).

    • Surcharge of USD 150 per foreign guest. (Overseas Vietnamese who speak fluent Vietnamese are exempt from this surcharge.)

VISA SURCHARGE POLICY

    • No surcharge for the provinces: Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai.

    • Surcharge for other provinces: 800,000 VND per guest.

    • Late submission of documents beyond the required timeline will incur an additional surcharge: 500,000 VND per guest.

NOTES & IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Document Submission Deadline: No later than 20 days before departure.

  • Personal Responsibility: If a guest is denied exit or entry due to personal reasons, the company is not responsible and tour fees will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred must be borne by the guest.

  • Tour Conduct: Guests must follow the itinerary and not separate from the group. Any unauthorized departure from the group will incur penalty costs. Requests for changes must be communicated to the tour leader.

  • Flight Schedule: Flight times may change at the last minute depending on the airline. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by flight delays or cancellations.

  • Program Adjustments: Depending on real conditions, the itinerary, sightseeing locations, or hotels may be adjusted. However, the total number of attractions visited will remain sufficient as per the program.

DAY 1: DA NANG – INCHEON (SEOUL)

  • Evening: 19:30 – Guests gather at the International Departure Terminal, Da Nang Airport. The tour guide assists with check-in for the VietJet Air flight to Seoul, departing at 22:45.

  • Overnight: On the plane.

DAY 2: NAMI ISLAND – SEOUL – NAMSAN TOWER

  • Morning: Arrive at Incheon International Airport, complete immigration, and enjoy a traditional Korean beef rib soup breakfast at a local restaurant.

  • Visit Nami Island, famous as the filming location for “Winter Sonata”. Explore the island freely, take photos of iconic tree-lined paths, or rent bicycles for a romantic ride.

  • Lunch at a local restaurant with Nami Island specialty: grilled chicken.

  • Visit Namsan Seoul Tower (observation deck access at own expense). Enjoy panoramic views and take photos of this iconic landmark.

  • Evening: Dinner at a restaurant, then check in and overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: DISCOVER SEOUL

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then visit:

    • Ginseng Center – Learn about the cultivation, nutritional value, and superiority of Korean ginseng.

    • Duty-free Cosmetic Store – Explore top international and local Korean beauty products.

  • Lunch: At a local restaurant.

  • Afternoon:

    • Agricultural Products Store – Purchase Korean ginseng, lingzhi mushrooms, and souvenirs.

    • Starfield Library – Explore this “giant” library with 50,000 books and magazines, a popular photo spot.

  • Lunch: At a local restaurant.

  • Afternoon: Free time to explore Myeongdong Market, Korea’s famous shopping and street food destination. Visit souvenir shops at Myengpumkwan Mall.

  • Evening: Dinner, then transfer to Incheon Airport for the VietJet Air flight departing at 22:45 back to Da Nang.
