DAY 1: HANOI – LIJIANG – DALI (LUNCH ON FLIGHT, DINNER)

07:00 – Guests gather at the meeting point (Thong Nhat Park Gate). The bus and tour guide will transfer the group to Noi Bai International Airport for flight QH802 to Lijiang, scheduled to depart at 10:05 and arrive at 13:05. Lunch will be served on board.

13:05 – Upon arrival, the group will be picked up and transferred to Dali, where visitors can admire the spectacular mountain and lake scenery and learn about the ancient history of the Nanzhao Kingdom and the fascinating Bai ethnic culture.

  • Visit Dali Ancient Town, a 4A National Tourist Site in China. Located with Erhai Lake to the south and Cangshan Mountain to the west, Dali Ancient Town is famed for its poetic scenery described as “Wind, Flower, Snow, and Moon.” Visitors can experience the elegance of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom, feel the warmth of the sunlight over the old town, and enjoy the gentle breeze that carries the charm of a bygone era.

NGÀY 2 : DALI LIJIANG (180KM – 2H) (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

 

After breakfast at the hotel, the coach and tour guide take the group to visit:

Chongsheng Temple – a famous and one of the largest temples in China, built during the Dali Kingdom of the Bai ethnic group (937–1253). (including electric car transfer).

Walk along the ecological trail by Erhai Lake, enjoying the peaceful scenery of blue water and lush greenery.

After lunch, the group departs for Lijiang. Upon arrival, visit:

Black Dragon Pool Park – where the clear water flowing down from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain nourishes the land of Lijiang. From here, visitors can admire the majestic snow-capped mountains reflected on the calm lake surface.

Lijiang Ancient Town – built more than 800 years ago and recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site in 1997. Known as the “Venice of the East”, the town is famous for its charming waterways, willow trees, and small stone bridges that add to its tranquil beauty.

DAY 3: LIJIANG – JADE DRAGON SNOW MOUNTAIN (30KM – 30 MINUTES) (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

 

After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area.

  • Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where you will take a small cable car to Yunshanping at an altitude of 3,200 meters, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the snow-covered Jade Dragon Peak, which rises 5,596 meters above sea level. The eternal glacier gleams with a blue jade hue.

  • Explore Blue Moon Valley and Baishui River, formed by the melting glacier of Jade Dragon Mountain, as well as Ganhaizi Grassland.

  • Enjoy the world-famous outdoor performance “Impression Lijiang”, directed by renowned filmmaker Zhang Yimou. The show is performed at an altitude of over 3,000 meters, using the sky and the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as its natural backdrop. (Show ticket included)

  • Visit Jade Water Village, an ancient Naxi ethnic village. The Naxi people, indigenous to this region, are known for their unique culture and their worship of the Goddess of Nature. They believe that all living beings are interconnected, cherishing a harmonious relationship with nature and living peacefully in a tranquil environment.

DAY 4: LIJIANG – SHANGRI-LA (180KM – 2.5 HOURS) (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs for Shangri-La – the “Immortal Land” described in James Hilton’s novel Lost Horizon. Shangri-La is a stunning valley located in the northwest of Yunnan Province, near Tibet.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, the group continues sightseeing:

  • Pudacuo National Park – The first national park in China to meet the standards set by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). It is ranked among the Top 40 Most Beautiful Scenic Spots in China. Pudacuo is a paradise for photography enthusiasts, with breathtaking scenery that changes throughout the seasons: spring with blooming flowers, summer with lush greenery, autumn with dazzling forest colors, and winter with a magical landscape of white snow and turquoise lakes.

  • Dukezong Ancient Town – The best-preserved Tibetan town in China with a history of over 1,300 years. Here, visitors can admire hundreds of ancient Tibetan-style houses, experience the warm hospitality of the Tibetan people, and learn about their rich culture, traditional lifestyle, and spiritual heritage.

DAY 5: SHANGRI-LA – LIJIANG (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

After breakfast, the group visits:

  • Songzanlin Monastery – the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan, China. Located at an altitude of over 3,300 meters and about 5 km from Shangri-La, the monastery was built in 1679 under the Fifth Dalai Lama, modeled after the Potala Palace in Tibet, and completed after two years. During its golden age, it housed up to a thousand monks.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, the group departs for Lijiang. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore Shuhe Ancient Town, one of the earliest settlements of the Naxi people and a well-preserved trading post on the Ancient Tea Horse Road.

After dinner, guests may choose to watch the spectacular show “Lijiang Eternal Love” (optional, at your own expense) — one of the four most famous performances in Yunnan. The one-hour show vividly portrays the history, legends, and love stories of the Naxi people in Lijiang through grand stage effects and music.

Overnight in Lijiang.

DAY 6: LIJIANG – HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH)

Breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, guests are free to explore Lijiang Ancient Town before checking out.

The bus and tour guide will take the group for lunch, then transfer to the airport for the return flight to Hanoi — Flight QH801 (14:05 – 14:55).

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the bus and guide will transfer guests back to the original pickup point.
